From 15-31st may 2020 Medical leave=NA Casual leave=0 15th may-IPD case presentation on chronic liver disease 16-central line with nephrology pg 17th-unit rounds(Sunday) 18th-attended 2 to 4 session , review of literature on portal hypertension and cp on cml case 19th-attemded 2 to 4, cp on acute ge,and reviewed literature based on that 20th-opd 21-followup of ip cases, examination and echo of hfref patient,orthopaedic referrals , 22-case presentation on hfref with biventricular hypertrophy 23- follow-up of referrals with unit rounds, reviewed literature on pressure natriuresis and mitral stenosis 24-unit rounds(Sunday) 25- attended 2 to 4 session on cp of rt hemiparesis, reviewed data about it,examined the case 26-thesis presentation 27-op duty 28-assisited intubation and  resuscitation of hcm patient 29-case presentation 30- unit rounds, took nephrology opinion for dialysis of our patient 31 - Sunday rounds and discussion
